When you become a Member of the North East Essex Badger Group, your support helps us in our work to protect badgers locally and nationally from persecution and the many threats they face. As a member you will be part of a group of like minded people who are concerned about the welfare of wildlife in general, and in particular - badgers. You can learn all about this fascinating creature and 'do your bit' - however big or small, to ensure the survival or one of our oldest natural species.

Your annual membership fee helps to cover :-

The cost of production and postage of the annual newsletter (Brock Bugle) and any mini bugles produced throughout the year.
The annual (per member) levy to Badger Trust
Veterinary fees incurred for treatment of sick and injured badgers
The cost of new equipment ie cages and graspers, IT equipment, safety equipment etc
